About the Role:
Join One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning as a Client Care Representative, where you'll be the friendly voice that connects our valued customers with top-notch heating, ac and plumbing services. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule appointments for HVAC services and follow up with clients as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system.
- Provide information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely service delivery.
- Promote special offers and new services to enhance customer engagement.
- Continuously improve knowledge of HVAC systems and company offerings.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in the HVAC industry is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
